Only to respond to your request, prepare a proposal, and deliver an agreed project. We do not sell data to third parties.
Legal basis and retention
We process an inquiry to take pre-contract steps, perform an agreement, and protect the service against abuse. If no agreement follows, we retain the inquiry for no longer than 12 months unless law or a later project requires a different period.
Processors and international transfers
Vetted providers may support hosting, secure form delivery, CRM, and project operations. They receive only the minimum data required and are bound by confidentiality terms. International transfers are assessed against applicable law and contractual safeguards.
Website analytics
We use Yandex Metrica, including click maps and Webvisor, to measure visits and improve the website. The service may process browser technical data, visited pages, and cookies; please do not submit sensitive data through website forms.
Confidential projects
On request, we sign an NDA before the first call and limit access to materials within the project team.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We respond after verifying identity and any applicable contractual or legal limits.
Security and data minimisation
Do not send passport, medical, or other sensitive data through the initial inquiry form. If confirmed travel requires it, we agree a secure channel, purpose, access list, and deletion date first.
