Corporate events in China
Planning and local coordination for corporate meetings, presentations and client events. Scope follows the project brief; venue and supplier availability is confirmed separately.
What we take on
One idea. One team. No dropped handoffs.
We develop the concept, shortlist venues, coordinate technical production, and run guest services. Every stage sits in one working plan with clear ownership — so your team sees one timeline, not a patchwork of vendors.
Discuss your brief and scopeConcept
We define the theme, program architecture, and visual language of the event.
Venue selection
We match space to format, guest mix, and technical requirements.
Technical production
We coordinate staging, lighting, sound, content, and vendor teams.
Guest journey
We plan registration, wayfinding, transfers, and on-site hosting.
Process
What each stage delivers
Brief and criteria
Define the objective, audience, cities, dates and constraints. The output is a clear brief and the decisions the client needs to make.
Concept and scope
Compare the programme, venues and production requirements. Separate inclusions, exclusions and items awaiting confirmation in the proposal.
Prepare and deliver
Agree the working schedule, responsibilities, technical checks and change process. Coordinate local teams within the accepted scope.
Close the project
Reconcile delivery with the agreed scope and hand over the specified materials. Agree the reporting format in advance.
What we need for an initial proposal
Corporate events in China
For corporate teams and agencies seeking a coordinated programme, venue, technical production and guest services.
- Objective and event format
- City, dates and flexibility
- Approximate group size and languages
- Venue, technical and guest-service requirements
- Budget indication or a request for an estimate
- Decision makers and approval timelines
Please do not send passports or personal guest lists through the public form.
Discuss your brief and scopeWhat requires separate confirmation
The proposal separates the roles of ASI PRIME, the client, venue and suppliers. Booking, production, interpretation and transport are included only as agreed. Check the contracting entity, payments, cancellation and changes in the project documents.
What shapes the budget
City, dates, group size, duration, venue, production, languages and changes shape the estimate. Compare proposals on an equivalent scope, including exclusions and third-party services.
Before you start
Can we request local coordination only?
Tell us what your team already manages and what you want to delegate. Available scope and responsibilities are clarified in the proposal.
How are changes agreed?
Record the change, its effect on timing and budget, and the person approving it before implementation. A verbal idea should not automatically become additional work.
Who is the contracting party?
Legal details and obligations are supplied during proposal preparation. The brand name on the website does not replace checking the contract.

Delivery principle
“The client needs a clear plan. Complexity should be visible to the project team long before it becomes the guest’s problem.”
