Incentive travel and team programmes in China

A programme around a corporate objective: a team meeting, reward trip or a combination of business and cultural activities. Select the route after discussing the group and its constraints.

What we take on

One idea. One team. No dropped handoffs.

We build the program around group profile, dates, and trip objective — routing, hotels, transport, dining, and local hosting. Every element is checked against the overall narrative before it enters the plan.

Discuss your brief and scope
01

Route architecture

We sequence transfers, meetings, and free time with realistic buffers.

02

Hotels & dining

We align options with trip format, group size, and daily schedule.

03

Cultural program

We embed meaningful place-based experiences into the itinerary.

04

On-trip coordination

We manage transport, bookings, and in-route adjustments.

Process

What each stage delivers

01

Team objective

Define the trip’s purpose, group size, languages and general comfort and accessibility requirements.

02

Programme rhythm

Balance working sessions, cultural activities, rest and travel time. A short meeting in one city and a multi-day journey serve different purposes.

03

Confirm arrangements

Check hotels, venues and transport for the requested dates. A sample route or destination photograph is not a booking confirmation.

04

Coordinate the programme

Agree the programme, budget, decision owners and change process. Discuss final deliverables before departure.

What we need for an initial proposal

Incentive travel and team programmes in China

For HR teams, company leaders and agencies. Private travel has a separate enquiry path without a corporate brief.

  • Corporate objective
  • Group size and languages
  • Dates, duration and cities or an open choice
  • Preferred pace and general accessibility needs
  • Business activities and programme preferences
  • Budget indication or request for an estimate

Please do not send passports or personal guest lists through the public form.

Discuss your brief and scope

What requires separate confirmation

Discuss intensity and alternatives in advance. Activities should not be compulsory for every participant. Personal medical details are not required for an initial enquiry. We do not promise measurable motivation gains or therapeutic outcomes.

What shapes the budget

Season, group size, number of cities, accommodation, transport and programme content shape the budget. Fewer transfers can affect both cost and comfort; compare options against the actual objective.

Before you start

Is there a universal itinerary for any team?

No. A one-city meeting, business programme with a cultural finish and multi-day trip are planning options, not fixed packages.

How can we accommodate different activity levels?

Share the group’s general requirements. Agree the pace, rest periods and quieter alternatives before selecting activities.

What needs confirming before booking?

Dates, programme scope, supplier conditions, decision owners and the change process. Check each property’s availability for the actual request.

“The client needs a clear plan. Complexity should be visible to the project team long before it becomes the guest’s problem.”
