01 · Objective
Six weeks before opening, design, build, and install a full-cycle pavilion under a fixed venue schedule and a multilingual delegate audience.
02 · Response
Design and fabrication in Suzhou, a three-night install, a four-language meeting programme, and dedicated VIP-lounge service under one production book.
03 · Validation
Over three days the pavilion welcomed 800 visitors; the team recorded 47 qualified leads and 12 LOIs with a complete post-show report. Figures reflect the client report for this engagement; publication subject to permission.
