Business missions and delegations to China
Business missions and delegations to China
A working programme built around your industry, objectives and delegation: meetings, company visits, interpretation and intercity logistics. Each host confirms its visit separately.
What we take on
One idea. One team. No dropped handoffs.
For business clubs, corporate delegations and agencies. A mission has meeting objectives; it is not a sightseeing itinerary or a guarantee of commercial deals.
Discuss your brief and scopeProcess
What each stage delivers
Industry brief
Define the industry, participant profiles, objectives, cities, languages and criteria for suitable hosts.
Draft programme
Connect meetings, industry visits and expert context. Distinguish requested items, pending responses and alternatives.
Host confirmation
The host considers the request. Confirmation should include the date, format and conditions; discuss alternatives if a visit is declined or moved.
Preparation and outcomes
Agree interpretation, participant materials, the working programme and final deliverables. Commercial decisions and deals remain the participants’ responsibility.
What we need for an initial proposal
Business missions and delegations to China
For business clubs, corporate delegations and agencies. A mission has meeting objectives; it is not a sightseeing itinerary or a guarantee of commercial deals.
- Industry and delegation objective
- Company profiles and approximate group size
- Preferred cities and dates
- Meeting topics and requested companies
- Languages and specialist interpretation needs
- Expected outputs and budget constraints
Please do not send passports or personal guest lists through the public form.
Discuss your brief and scopeWhat requires separate confirmation
The team has experience organising business missions and visits to Alibaba, Tencent, ZEEKR, ByteDance and XPeng. These are past visit destinations, not claims of client relationships, official partnerships or guaranteed future access. Each new visit depends on the host.
What shapes the budget
The estimate depends on cities, group size, duration, interpretation, transport and business-programme preparation. Visits to named companies are not sold as unconditionally available services.
Before you start
Can we request a specific company?
Yes. Name the company and explain the purpose. ASI PRIME can assess the request, but the company decides whether to receive the delegation.
When is a visit confirmed?
When the host has agreed the date, group or participant profile, format and conditions. A name in a draft itinerary is not confirmation.
How is specialist interpretation prepared?
Provide the subject, language pair, meeting format and materials. Agree terminology and confidentiality requirements in advance.
Can the programme run under an agency’s brand?
Discuss the partner model separately: who manages the client, requests confirmations and approves the programme and changes.
Understanding visit status
| Status | Meaning | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Requested | The objective and group profile have been sent to the host | Await a reply; do not treat the visit as agreed |
| Confirmed | The host has agreed the conditions | Record the date, format, requirements and change contact |
| Alternative | An option if the original visit is declined or moved | Check availability before including it in the final programme |

Delivery principle
“The client needs a clear plan. Complexity should be visible to the project team long before it becomes the guest’s problem.”
